just called (7:00pm Tuesday Nov 15th) to reserve two hours for bowling using my Groupon vouchers. The gentleman on the phone introduced himself the manager and named himself; STEVE was really rude, hanged up the phone on me and treated me poor, unprofessional and downward. The reason was that he cannot be for 10 min on the phone that I can grantee it was not more than 3 minutes.
I called him for the second time, however he gave me the time but I may Not come because I have bad impression of your service. I can imagine how unprofessional will be your place. When the manager is so rude how the other employee going to be?
Even though my conversation was not finished he hanged up on me for the second time. Then I called for the third time to get his name.
I bought the Groupon vouchers just to see your place and if it is really a good place for entertainment during freezing winter for myself and my three children. NOT for being cheap and looking for its deal.
Anyway if you are Steve and you're really the manager (for sure not the owner) and receiving this feedback don't be surprise and just think for one minute and see how much your customers are dissatisfied with your service and how much they love you.?!
